Stateprep LLC’s online study materials and products are to be used solely for your own personal use and benefit. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial resale is prohibited.


Stateprep LLC’s online study materials and products are designed to improve your understanding of insurance concepts and help in memorizing the limits and numbers associated with all of the various policies and state statutes. Exam questions are not the actual state questions, but are based on the most current exam content outlines and materials being used to formulate these questions. While online practice exam questions and materials are an extremely useful tool for exam passing success, they are not a substitute for the mandatory educational requirements that must be fulfilled prior to sitting for a state exam.


You understand that online access to Stateprep LLC’s products is a limited license to use the content only during the time of the subscription purchased. The subscription is non-transferable and is to be used only by you. You will not share the username or user id and password with anyone, even if that person has their own subscription access. Any sharing of usernames or user ids and passwords is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of your privileges to any online products at Stateprep.com without a refund.


Our online insurance exam preps are web based and work on all platforms.


REFUND POLICY


There are no refunds on any of the online access subscriptions or our bookstore study materials. All sales are FINAL, no exceptions!


UPDATES TO THIS POLICY AND TERMS OF USE


Stateprep LLC reserves the right to update, revise, modify, and supplement this Policy and any disclosures and disclaimers at any time without notice by posting an updated Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically for any changes or updates. At the end of this Policy we indicate the date of the latest update to the Policy.
